Delivery Information

We work with a network of trusted manufacturers and suppliers to provide a wide range of bathroom, plumbing and heating products. As a result, many orders are delivered directly from our suppliers to ensure the quickest and most efficient service possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and other remote locations may be subject to additional delivery charges and extended lead times.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and the supplier fulfilling the order.

• In store are typically delivered within 1-2 working days.
• Special order or non-stock items may require longer lead times.
• Estimated delivery dates will be provided where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive separately and on different dates.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the products ordered, delivery location, and supplier requirements. Any applicable charges will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Supplier Direct Deliveries

Many of our bathroom suites, sanitaryware, furniture, brassware, radiators, showers, plumbing products and heating products are delivered directly by the manufacturer or supplier.

As delivery arrangements can vary between suppliers:

• Deliveries may be made by parcel carrier, specialist courier or pallet network.
• Delivery methods and lead times may differ between products.
• Some larger items are delivered kerbside only.
• Customers must ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us of any shortages, damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, photographic evidence should be provided to assist with any claims.

Installation

We strongly recommend that customers do not arrange installation work or book plumbers, bathroom fitters or contractors until all goods have been received and thoroughly inspected.

We cannot accept liability for any costs arising from delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or incomplete orders.

Delays

Whilst every effort is made to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier availability, courier issues, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
